Do I need to buy new cameras?+
No. Nsight works with 99% of IP cameras that speak ONVIF or RTSP: Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink, Avigilon, Bosch, and most generics.
Where does my footage live?+
Locally on the Sentinel appliance first. Cloud backup is opt-in and encrypted with keys you control.
How long does deployment take?+
Most single-site deployments are live in under 30 minutes. Multi-site rollouts complete in a week or two depending on scale.
Can I cancel?+
Annual plans are billed up front; monthly plans cancel any time. Hardware can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Is there a free trial?+

Who owns the data?+
You do. Always. We're a processor under GDPR/CCPA terms. DPAs and BAAs available on request.
