Terms of use.

By accessing or using the Nsight service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're entering into them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Nsight provides AI-powered video analytics for IP cameras, including reasoning agents, alert routing, and operational dashboards. Specific features are described on our product pages.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Don't use the service to violate laws, infringe on others' rights, harass, surveil without authorization, or attempt to circumvent our security or limits.

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are paid up front; monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We own the service, the software, the models, and our marks. You own your data. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the service for the term of your subscription.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data is exportable for 30 days, then deleted.

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those required by law. SLAs are governed separately by the subscription plan you're on.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Castle County.
